Rates-
Non-Refundable Rate:
This is our cheapest rate. You'll pay the full amount when you make the booking (By credit or debit card). Modifying or cancelling your booking is not possible and thus you will be charged 100% of the cost. This rate can only be booked online.
Flexible Rate:
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your date of arrival. Guarantee your reservation with a credit card or prepayment. In case of cancellation later than 24 hours before your date of arrival or no-show, only the costs for the first night will be charged. Any other nights will automatically be cancelled free of charge. In case of moving or changing your reservation, a different rate may apply.
Standard Rate:
Guarantee your reservation with a credit card or prepayment. In case of moving or changing your reservation, a different rate may apply. In case of cancellation our terms & conditions apply.
City tax-
The Municipality of Maastricht charges a City Tax that is not included in your rate.
Check-in and out-
On your day of arrival, your room will be ready from 15:00 hrs. Arriving early? No problemo. We will safely store your luggage so that you can head into town and explore our great city. On your day of departure you can take it easy because check-out is at 12:00 noon.
Parking-
Take good care of your ride and park it in our car-parking for € 20.50. Available from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival till 12:00 noon on the day of departure. There are 3 Tesla, and 3 universal car chargers in the car park. Your charge is on us. The maximum height for the garage is 2 meters. Spaces are limited so make a reservation to ensure a spot. If we are filled up we will redirect you to Q-Park parking “the Colonel” by the train station. Check-in first so we can give you directions and you can unload your stuff.
Breakfast-
To start your day off well we serve a light complimentary breakfast bag with yoghurt and granola, fresh OJ, fruit and a daily pastry. Pick a time for us to deliver it to your door and enjoy it in your room, downstairs in the hangout or on the go.
Room service-
Order food from our friends at the famous Harry’s restaurant. You will find a menu in your room.
Mini-bar-
If you have booked through www.hotelthedutch.com the beverages and snack are on us!
Lobby-bar-
Have a drink in the Lobby-Bar and meet up with the locals
Hangout-
Do some work and play games in the Hangout while you are enjoying your free espresso or cappuccino.

At Il Fiore Health Centre Maastricht which is a ten minute walk from the hotel. Contact the front desk for more information.

Babies & Children-
Babies up to 2 years stay for free. Make sure you request a baby cot in your booking.
For children aged 3 to 11 years an extra bed can be reserved, subject to availability. The costs for the extra bed are € 35.00 per night. In addition, children up to 11 years receive a 50% discount on their breakfast. 
Pets-
No pets are allowed in the hotel.
